Measured Change Toolkit

A free browser companion for running the Measured Change Strategy on your own workflow โ€” Observe, Map, Pilot, Measure, Adjust, Stabilize.

A free browser companion for running the Workflow Adoption Loop on one workflow of your own.

What It Does

The toolkit guides you through all six stages of the loop โ€” Observe, Map, Pilot, Measure, Adjust, Stabilize โ€” in your browser. There’s no account and no sign-up.

  • Free and evergreen. The companion itself doesn’t expire and isn’t a trial.
  • Local-first. Your entries stay in your browser unless you choose to generate a paid report. Nothing is uploaded in the free version.
  • Save and load. Download a JSON backup of your work and load it again later, or on another device.
  • Basic summary printing. The free version can print a plain-text summary of what you’ve entered at each stage.

The Polished Report

Working through the loop produces a lot of detail โ€” evidence, cost basis, a recommendation, and a final decision. The free summary print is enough to keep for your own records. If you want something cleaner to bring to a stakeholder meeting, a board, or a client, the toolkit can generate a polished PDF report for $50 per complete report, directly inside the app. It isn’t a license or a subscription โ€” one purchase unlocks one report.

An annual plan for heavier, repeat use is planned for a later release. It isn’t available yet.

When to Use This

Use the toolkit when you’re testing one specific workflow change before committing budget, headcount, or a software purchase to it. If the decision is high-stakes, politically complicated, or the evidence is ambiguous, a working session can help interpret the results โ€” that’s a separate, human step from anything the toolkit automates.

Run the Loop Yourself

Use the free companion to work through your own workflow. Report generation and upgrades happen inside the toolkit itself.
